No. Inside appliances, cabinets, drawers or storage is charged extra, empty home or not. List the interiors to clean; availability, prep, tasks and price are confirmed before booking.
Do basements, garages, porches or screens come with it?
Name the finished-basement rooms and floors to put in the quote. Garages, porches, screens and other areas beyond this household list are not automatically covered. Describe them and we confirm availability and price; they are not promised as standard.
What should I share about renovation work or entry?
Mention painting or renovation still going on, room condition, parking and entry, and whether water and electricity will be on. A standard move-in visit doesn't cover construction debris or specialized cleanup. If the work or entry changes, tell us and we recheck it and our dates.
What should I send before a Clark move-in clean?
