With the home empty or nearly so and water and power on, the listed surfaces are easier to reach. Say if any furniture or boxes will stay. We clean around them where reachable; moving boxes, furniture or large appliances, and cleaning under them, is excluded.

Household move-out cleaning doesn't automatically cover them. List finished-basement rooms for the quote and ask separately about garages, porches, screens or other areas. Construction dust, debris and renovation residue need their own assessment and aren't in the move-out price.
